Delivery Information

Free Next Day Delivery On All Orders £100 and over

All orders within the UK placed that are £100 or over will be sent with a Next Day Delivery Service. The Royal Mail Special Delivery Service will guarantee next day delivery before 1pm for all orders placed before 5pm BST on the day of ordering providing items are in stock.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

All orders within the UK that are less than £100 will be sent via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service and can take 2 to 3 working days to be delivered. Delivery will be charged at base fee of £3.50 + £2.50 per item.

Alternative options for delivery may be available and shown on Google Checkout pages.

European and International Delivery

Orders outside of the UK will be dispatched on the day of ordering and can take 3 - 7 working days depending on where the parcel needs to be sent. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 5pm GMT on a working day, these will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock.

Orders placed after 5pm GMT will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed and dispatched by Next Day Delivery on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, if this service is required then please call us on 02392178979 to arrange.

Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.
